STEP 1
The Kickoff (BEP)
- We begin every partnership by developing or reviewing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- This ensures we are aligned on Level of Development (LOD) requirements, naming conventions, & project-specific standards.
- By defining this upfront, we eliminate "model rework" later in the project.
STEP 2
The Cloud Setup (CDE)
- We integrate directly into your Common Data Environment (CDE), typically using Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360).
- This allows for a "Single Source of Truth." You have real-time access to the model, ensuring seamless collaboration and instant feedback loops.


STEP 3
Coordination & Clash Mitigation
- We don’t just model; we coordinate. Using Navisworks and Revit’s internal interference tools, we run regular clash detection reports.
- By identifying spatial conflicts early— we ensure that architectural clearances are maintained.
STEP 4
The Delivery
- The final delivery isn't just a file; it’s a validated asset.
- We deliver fully audited Revit models and coordinated drawing sets that are purged of redundant data and optimized for performance.
- Every parameter is checked against the BEP to ensure the data is ready for the site.
